| Board Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm. Board meetings are open to members of the congregation as non-participating guests. If a member of the congregation wishes to discuss a topic during a Board meeting, a request to be part of the agenda should be made to the Board President at least one week prior to the meeting. If sensitive topics are to be discussed during a Board meeting, guests will be excused during the "executive session." Minutes of each Board meeting are filed in a white binder kept in the Friendship Room along with weekly income information and monthly financial reports. Board meeting minutes are put into the binder after they are approved at the next month's meeting. Minutes include all team and minister's reports and documents pertinent to the topics discussed at the meeting. |
